1. Are tickets refundable or transferable?

All tickets are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or rescheduled. However, tickets can be transferred to another guest. If you are transferring the ticket, please send along their name(s) and email(s), and let us know if there are dietary restrictions for this guest. We’ll do our best to accommodate.

2. Where do I go to meet my Sommelier guide?

All ticketed guests receive an email at least two days before the trail with information on your guide's name, phone number, and directions to the meeting point that include public parking and public transit options. Check your email. If you still have questions, contact us at (347) 470-5194.

3. How much wine is served?

Each activity is different, whether it is a trail or course, but we generally keep servings around 5 to 6 different wines in about 3 ounce pours each.

4. How much food will there be?

For our courses: we serve some light bites to go down with the wine. This can range from cheese, charcuterie, veggie platters, spreads, etc.

For our trails: Most of our guests say our trails include enough "tastes" - five to six of varying sizes, depending on the trail - for a descent meal. We don't suggest big dinner plans after a trail.

5. Do I need to bring anything?

Yourself, and your taste buds along with your nose!

6. Should I tip my Somm guide?

If your guide was informative and entertaining and showed you good service, tips are always appreciated. The amount is up to you, but many guests tip as they would a restaurant server: 15-20%.

7. I have dietary restrictions. Can I still go on the trail?

Definitely! We always do our best to meet any dietary needs. Please let us when you book the trail so that we may plan accordingly.

8. How long do trails run?

Each trail length is different, but they vary from 2-3 hours. We run a prompt schedule, so please be sure to be on time!

9. What if it rains or snows?

All of our trails happen rain or shine! Be sure to bring an umbrella. If snow accumulation is high, we may postpone the trail for a later date. Although it may not directly impact the trail, we don’t want you traveling in such weather. In that case, you would receive an email with information regarding the next steps ahead of time.

10. Do you offer private trails?

Yes, we love hosting private groups! Whether it’s a birthday party, bachelorette outing, or corporate team building, we are happy to create custom wine & food trail experiences for any group.

11. Could my trail be cancelled?

We require a minimum registration of four guests per trail. If the minimum number of guests is not met, the trail will be cancelled four days in advance. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, we will give you either a full refund or booking on a different trail/date.
